End of Tenancy Clean

Our end of tenancy clean is a property wide deep cleaning service that covers all rooms and general areas. As a tenant, end of tenancy cleaning can be required to retain your deposit, or as a landlord cleaning can be required in preparation for new tenants. Our all inclusive service includes, cleaning of all kitchen and household appliances. Wash down of all surfaces, windows, walls and ceilings.We provide all cleaning materials and supplies. All we need is 24 hours notice to organise end of tenancy cleaning for you.

What we do:

Kitchen - Cleaning of all cupboards inside and out, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, sweep and wash all surfaces, descale and clean sink and taps, wipe window ledges, skirting boards and door frame.(Note: Oven, hob & extractor fan priced separatley subject to condition)

Dining Room -Vacuum/mop, clean mirrors, remove litter, cobwebs, clean inside windows, clean inside cupboards and wardrobes, wipe skirting and window sills.

Bathroom - Scrub and disinfect floor and toilet, clean and descale bath, shower and sink, shower doors and tiles, wipe window ledges, skirting boards and door frame.

Bedroom - Vacuum/mop, clean mirrors, remove litter, cobwebs, clean inside windows, clean inside cupboards and wardrobes, wipe skirting

and window sills.

Lounge - Vacuum/mop, clean mirrors, clean and polish all surfaces, wipe skirting boards, remove cobwebs, clean inside windows and wipe window sills, remove litter.

Hallway - Vacuum/mop, wipe skirting boards and door frames.
